New Clients, Start Here:

Most new clients should begin with a New Client Session.

This appointment allows time for a hair and scalp assessment, shampoo and treatment, styling, basic care recommendations, and a conversation about your hair goals.

For clients needing more in-depth care, you may be guided toward a Healthy Hair Reset Session. These services are best for clients with breakage, excessive dryness, heavy shedding, uneven ends, high density, matting, severe tangling, or hair that needs more time than a standard appointment allows.

If you are interested in extensions, color, or a major transformation, please do not book a regular new client service unless instructed. Start with the required consultation instead.

Before Booking

New Client Requirement

First-time guests and clients not seen in 3+ months must book a New Client service before selecting returning-client services.

Service Timing

Service durations are estimated but not guaranteed. Timing may vary based on your hair density, condition, detangling needs, styling goals, and any additional work needed. Please avoid scheduling another commitment immediately after your appointment.

Arrive Prepared

Please arrive with your hair fully taken down and reasonably detangled unless your service specifically includes style removal or extensive detangling. Excessive detangling, product buildup, or style removal may require an added fee, service adjustment, or rescheduling.

Age Requirements

Most services are available for clients ages 16 and older. Color, chemical, and premium extension services are reserved for clients ages 18 and older.

Deposits + Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes, same-day cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits, cancellation fees, or limited future booking access.
