Before You Book
NEW CLIENT REQUIREMENT
All first-time guests—and returning guests who have not visited within the past three months—should begin with the appropriate New Client service. This allows enough time for an updated assessment, personalized care and a comfortable, unhurried experience.
APPOINTMENT TIMING
Service durations are estimates and may vary depending on your hair’s density, length and condition. To give your appointment the time and attention it deserves, please avoid scheduling time-sensitive commitments immediately afterward.
HOW TO ARRIVE
Please arrive with your previous style completely removed and your hair reasonably detangled. Additional time or fees may be required for excessive tangling, matting, buildup or style removal. If your hair requires more preparation than the scheduled appointment allows, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Most services are available to guests age 16 and older. Color, chemical and extension services are reserved for guests age 18 and older.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Late changes and missed appointments may result in additional fees.
By scheduling your appointment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the Chelsea Jae Hair booking policies.
