Why Join the Healthy Hair Club?

Membership enrollment opens each winter for the upcoming calendar year (January–December). You can join any time before the cutoff for your chosen plan:

• Prestige: Enroll by January 15 (quarterly or annual billing)

• Signature: Enroll by March 31 (semiannual or annual billing)

• Core: Enroll anytime if you can complete all 4 appointments by year-end

• Flex: Month-to-month, open year-round

After the deadline, you can still join the Signature or Core Membership with full payment upfront. Once billing cutoffs pass, recurring payment options are closed, but you can use Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay to structure your own installments.

Enrollment opens late fall/ winter for the upcoming year. Spaces are limited to ensure quality and availability for all members.

All memberships are valid until the end of the calendar year. Credits must be used within that period unless otherwise noted.

Yes! Certain tiers can be activated at any time as long as appointments can be fulfilled within the calendar year.

Membership credits apply toward Standard Services. You can still book Premium Services (like extensions or color) at your exclusive member rate or apply your credit toward the total cost.

Yes — flexible billing options are available depending on the tier:

• Prestige: Quarterly or annual billing

• Signature: Semi-annual or annual billing

• Core: Annual only

• Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna are also available for plans over $400 (subject to approval).
